Anthony Herrera is founder and Chairman of teleNetwork. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Texas Permian Basin. He began his career with Southwestern Bell and AT&T in 1970 and progressed through several levels of management in sales and marketing until 1979. Anthony has held positions with Datapoint Corporation, Davox, Memorex Telex, Centurytel, and Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems. Anthony has been involved in industry issues for most of his career and was a founding director of Texaltel and a member of The Texas Association of Internet Service Providers. As an Entrepreneur he became President and the largest stockholder of Sentry Offsite Storage, Inc. in 1986. Mr. Herrera sold this business in 1999 to Iron Mountain, a public company in the offsite storage business. Anthony founded teleNetwork, Inc. in January of 1993 and has guided the company thru 7 consecutive profitable years. Anthony is the only stockholder of the corporation.

Michael Burns is the President of teleNetwork. Michael graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Since 1993, Mr. Burns has led our customer service center and has played an integral role in the development and growth of teleNetwork's technical support services. During his four-year tenure as Vice President of Operations, Mr. Burns headed an effort to increase the growth of the company by over 450% while maintaing yearly profitability. Under his supervision, teleNetwork expanded into the ASP support market and opened a new 90-position call center in San Marcos, Texas.

George Yang has been instrumental in developing the technology behind teleNetwork's emergence as a premier technical support helpdesk. As Chief Technical Officer, he is responsible for overseeing all areas of teleNetwork's application, systems, and telecommunication infrastructure. George has been with teleNetwork since 1993. Under his leadership, teleNetwork's technical resources have grown at an exponential rate with the addition of redundant fiber connections and multiple server clusters opening the opportunity to take advantage of new technologies such as VoIP. Previously at teleNetwork, George has held several technical roles, most recently as the Vice President of Technology.

Jill Herrera has held teleNetwork's Chief Financial Officer position since 1993 and is responsible for the financial and administrative areas of the company. Ms. Herrera is a Graduate of Southwest Texas State University. Ms. Herrera began her career with Southwestern Bell in the Commercial Department. She held positions as Service Order Supervisor, Training Supervisor, Business Office Supervisor, Teller Manager, and Unit Manager. As a manager at SWB, her duties included management of supervisors in the Commercial Business Office. After her tenure with Southwestern Bell Ms. Herrera held positions with Comp Data Communications, San Marcos Telephone Company, and Century Telephone.
