Andrew Jacks is the Vice President of Operations - Austin, TX. Andrew plays an integral part in developing employees on all levels and maintains close relationships with customers.
During his four-year term as Team Leader, Andrew fostered a family-style relationship within teleNetwork and assisted in creating a positive working correlation with clients. Andrew has been with the company since 1999.
Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from St. Edward's University with minors in Business and German.
Roger Martin is the Vice President of Operations - San Marcos, TX. Roger's equation for success is simple, focus on the customer to ensure that every call is handled courteously and professionally. Roger's tenure with teleNetwork began in 2002 and has included the position of Team Leader where Roger spear-headed a training and quality assurance initiative to improve the experience of teleNetwork's customers end users. Roger began his professional career working for many Fortune 500 companies including Motorolla, Dell Computer, Stream International and CompuCom.
Gabe Kenyon is the Vice President of Sales. Currently Gabe leads a Sales organization that is focused on providing affordable helpdesk services with high service levels. Since taking on the position of Vice President of Sales, Gabe has designed and implemented a marketing strategy and a sales process that is forecast to increase revenue by 100%. Gabe's tenure with teleNetwork began in 1999. Gabe's experience includes positions with Websense, Texas State University and MicroWeld International. As a Pre-Sales Engineer with Websense, Gabe was responsible for communication with end users and re-seller partners to facilitate the closure of revenue opportunities. Gabe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Texas State University.
Raymond Perez is the Director of MIS. He has led the development team in the creation of software solutions to keep pace with the company's rapid growth, and also manages the key systems necessary for day-to-day operations.
Prior to being Director of MIS, Raymond held the role of Development Team Lead and was responsible for creating the majority of applications used by the company today. Raymond has been with teleNetwork since 1997.
